My service with Life Lock is thru AOL. I have had it longer than 3 years. I have received at least two calls from Life Lock verifying an activity. I am retired and do not have a lot of credit activity. Nevertheless, receiving phone calls helps me feel that Life Lock is on the job protecting me from identity theft. When I forgot I had just joined Lifelock, I applied for a new credit card, within 5mins after hanging up, I rec'd a call from Lifelock asking if I had opened an acct. At first I thought I was being scammed or something & someone wanted info from me. Then I realized that Lifelock was verifying that it was me & not ID fraud! That made a believer out of me!
