Representative Kyendra Williams was very informative and helpful. The representative (young lady) who helped me before Kyendra was also very helpful.
Did have to wait a long time before getting a representative, 15 min plus (don't kow exactly).
Lifelock had called earlier and I missed the call, so realy don't have anything to complain about.
