One thing I am disappointed is when I renewed my LifeLock in January I asked lady about get a shredder since I don't have one, told her I have been a long time member and could I get a shredder and she said I don't see why we can't order you one. To this day I have not heard back from LifeLock or received a SHREDDER. I would think that it would be in their best interest to send me one..

I got the call while at golf school, I could not believe how many accounts the thieves could open so fast. Lifelock immediately went to work and shut everything down. I was so glad I did not have to deal with all the banks. They did a fantastic job and kept me informed at every step. It took 4 months to get everything shut down and resourced. I can't tell you how many people I have told they need this team. I appreciate all they did and the peace of mind hey gave me.
