I routinely hear stories about how someone's life is ruined by identity theft and fraud. I decided to get LifeLock to help to protect myself. I am retired from the Federal Government and within the last year the Government Retirement Office was hacked into. I just wanted to say how very happy I am that you took my advice (submitted through a support member) to let us answer the "Yes it was me/ No it was not me" question right with the email rather than the tediousness of having to log in and doing it there. I guess you just changed it because I have had one of each kind in the past week.
