The reason I am not renewing my LifeLock Plan is they didn't catch that my Disney Chase Visa was being used by someone else.. Within hours Chase was on the phone to me asking about
a charge and immediately cancelled my card so nothing went through. That was March 2nd and LifeLock still hasn't caught it.

I had my credit card company call about unusual activity on my card - charges were fraudulent and classic teaser charges - report from Life Lock. " no unusual activity identified". - ???why am I spending all this money? Canceling soon

Tried to get my annual credit report and they sent me an email to contact the various websites that offer that service.Downside is these are commercial places that want your information to send you adds etc. This is not good for a place that we pay to have my credit protected. Not good and when my membership is due shortly I will cancel.
