Bought a new vehicle never got an alert have opened new accounts no alerts I will not renew again. So not sure what we are paying for

A few months back my bank put a hold on my bank account for fraudulent activity from Florida. Had to change my account pass. No notification from Lifelock.

For the first couple of months after I signed up with Lifelock they were great about sending me texts on account activity then it slowed to a trickle and then to nothing. I mean nothing. I receive notices from my financial institutions set to the same threshold of Lifelock and I still receive nothing from Lifelock. I will probably cancel the service because there is nothing more irritating than paying for something that is already passed. I don't want to pay for all the other "Premium" packages when I don't receive what I am paying for in the Advantage package.

Really questioning the value of this service given that I recently experienced identity theft (in fact no less than 3 timez) and had to call lifelock to inform you....what exactly do you do again???

Lufe lock has not notified me on any checking, credit or loan transactions made in my name,nor have they notified me of any inquiroes what so ever.!!!!! This survey asks about me character items that Life Lock already knows. Why do it twice. I won't be renewing with Life Lock. It was a total waste of my time and my money.

I was a victum of idenity theft in 2011. Lift lock did not discover this and I was informed by the IRS two months ago.

I use the term "Service" grudgingly. I stopped receiving any kind of alert over 2 weeks ago and have made a LOT of transactions for which I have been alerted in the past. Contacted customer service and after a lot of excuses, was told that an incident report would be submitted. Well, the next day after not hearing anything, I called again. I found no incident report was submitted buy merely some notes were put on my account. Again, more excuses, million dollar guarantee, blah blah, but no time frame on when the service for which I am paying LifeLock to do would be restored. I've opened an IRA and moved lots of money - not a word from LifeLock. The supervisor's suggestion to me: keep monitoriing all of my accounts until I start getting alerts again from LifeLock. WHAT?!!! But trust them - they'll put the incident report in this time. So I was lied to by customer support of a company that I'm supposed to trust to keep my identity safe - wow!

NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

I have NEVER been notified when my credit score has changed which it did just last month. How do I know? My Bank notified me. NOT LIFELOCK! I have tried to cancel 3 times and all three times they sucked me into a more "comprehensive program" at additional charges. This is not worth the money!!

this has been an unending exercise in frustration. Lifelock can NEVER seem to access my bank acct requiring me to spend a great deal of time attempting to allow access. You are not serving me week at all.

Earlier this winter I had fraudulent charges on both our Chase credit card, and our 1st Source Bank Debit card. I wasnt alerted for either of these activities by Lifelock. We have coverage thru our AOL Account, but I dont think I would pay for Lifelock if they cant do a better job than this. Why wasnt there a Lifelock notification?
