I seriously doubt the effectiveness of LifeLock. In my 6 months of coverage, I've had a bank notify me that someone was attempting to use my information to set up an account, and also fraudulent use of my credit card that resulted in immediate shut down of my card and the pain of transitioning to a new card and number. In NEITHER case did LifeLock know anything or notify me of any problems. I will not be renewing my or my husband's service.

Am i a member? I cannot log into the site after 30 difficult minutes of trying. the rules for a password make it nearly impossible to recall on the rare times I use the site.

Lifelock has not responded to man alert I recieved. Cosigned for a car, they sent no alert. When I called Life lock their reponse was "We can not catch everything" I said I understand that, but buying a car?

I set up an account with a password and logon to start a 60 day trial. The next day when I tried to log on to verify my account, it wouldn't work ! I have no time to be on the phone trying to straighten this out and prove who I am. Therefore, I'm done before I start. Very disspointed in Lifelock

You send updates and I can't log on. Nothing I try works. After a few tries, your system locks me out. Once I'm locked out, that's it for me. Nothing I try works. Called your help desk. That's another JOKE. He couldn't reset my account. He just kept sending me in circles. Same problem for my wife. Can't access her account. We signed up on Aug 11, 2015 We have noticed that you are able to take money every month, however no help is available. PLEASE CLOSE BOTH OUR ACCOUNTS, since we can't log in, this whole thing is completely worthless to us. Perhaps we are to DUMB to understand how to access either account.
