sitting here on hold to talk to someone they said wait time 3 mins its been over 30 mins.....took money out to renew and now not getting any alerts...sure can take money and not keep up the service....oh wait and shouldnt have been able to take money because i had to replace my card but somehow managed to take 219.89 time 2 one for me and once for my wife

YOUR PROTECTION IS AN OBVIOUS JOKE AS TWICE IN THE PAST 6 WEEKS MY COMPUTER HAS CEASED UP DUE TO CYBER HACKERS AND I WAS FORCED TO CALL WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE AN 800 NUMBER TO MICROSOFT....BUT IN REALITY IS WAS NOT MICRO SOFT AT ALL BUT THE HACKERS WHO EXTRACTED OVER 600 DOLLARS EACH TIME FROM MY BANK ACCOUNTS AND DID NOTHING TO FIX MY PROBLEMS....WHICH I ASSUME WERE ACTUALLY CREATED BY THEM TO BEGIN WITH!!!! SO JUST WHAT ARE YOU PROTECTING ME FROM IF NOT THEM????????

I called Life Lock to help me change my bank name. Tess was very helpful, however, she told me that I had to open an account under my wife's name. I tried to explain that my wife, Lynn, was already covered under my name, because we have a "Power of Attorney" on each others account. I knew this was going to be a problem because we would then get two alerts every time Life Lock needed to send one. Now that one of our accounts has been removed from your system I constantly receive a message telling me you cannot unable to connect to David's account. I have called twice about this problem and no one seems to understand what I am explaining to them. So I have discussed this with my wife and we are cancelling our account because no one will listen to our complaint.

Terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I recently opened two credit card accounts, and a furniture account, none of them were detected. When I spoke to the rep, they said that some things cannot be caught. I say Baloney. I opened two major credit cards, without any notification from Lifelock. The supervisor Allison was pleasant, but didn't know what she was talking about. She said that some accounts opened are not in the program? What? When I asked her what I was paying for she said I was getting my credit monitored. When I told her that lifelock didn't catch the three accounts, she went back to telling me how good the product is. ITS NOT A GOOD PRODUCT.More than obvious Supervisors are untrained and very unprofessional. I am thinking seriously about reporting Lifelock to the BBB.

I have been hacked and bank and financial adviser called.

Poor. Not once was I called or notified of any action on my security compromise. Bank and financial advisor had to take action. Where was LIFE lock?

My credit card was compromised and yet Lifelock sends me an email that there is no fraudulent activity. I found the problem. I called my bank. I had my card closed and worked with my bank to get new card. Lifelock was oblivious to the entire episode of fraudulent charges that spanned six weeks. Very disappointing.

I've been a member for two years. My debit card was stolen and a lot of money was charged on it before it could be stopped. Life Lock did nothing about it, nor did they report it to me, my bank did. When I called them they said did not protect the use of a debit card. This is curious, as their advertising claims just the opposite. I will probably not renew my membership.

Twice our ID/SSN has been compromised. Twice we've had to complete forms for the IRS. You can't catch everything, but LifeLock doesn't appear to be catching anything.

Just got a report of good news, nothing to report in last month. Interesting I just bought a car. Had full credit check and made a car loan. Nothing! Stopped getting alerts over a month ago. Called in and opened an inquiry. No change'
