I have been nothing but annoyed since using LifeLock. No service works like I expected, and I keep getting emails stating that they can no longer connect with my bank. Upon following there instructions to reconnect with my bank I continually get an "Internal Error" - LifeLock's, no my bank. Calling their customer service is also annoying. Their technical knowledge of the product is definitely lacking. What they do best is to recite from the boiler plate scripts they've been given. I'm definitely no happy!!!

I really think this needs reworked. You should be able to approve things that are repetitious like payroll and payroll transfers and see them but not have to dismiss them individually. also I should be able to go down a list not have to go back one by one. Very old fashioned. Probably not going to renew.

I have had LifeLock for about 6 months, they have caught most attempts to gain access to my credit save one... Someone tried using Paypal to get credit under my name, Transunion caught that one, Lifelock missed it. never got an alert or so much as a peep. Transunion was the hero that day.

Last month I purchased an automobile from CarMax. In the process I applied for financing at the dealership and a day later at my Credit Union. I received no communication from Lifelock during either loan application. This concerns me as someone could steal my identity and purchase an automobile. 6 years ago when I purchased a car I received emails and calls while still at the dealership regarding my application for a loan from LifeLock so I'm not sure what happened.
I'm do not have a secure feeling anymore.

Maybe I misunderstood the services that LifeLock provides. I was under the impression that if a new account was to open in your name that they would contact you. I opened a well known retailer account online and never received an alert or e-mail. I went to the retailer and shopped that day and was also able to increase my credit line the same day going undetected. The new account was opened about 2 weeks ago and I got an e-mail today telling me the " good news" that there is nothing to report.

I have had rare times that life lock proved to be useful as I have had no breaches in my identity in about 4 years as a member. My biggest problem is that life lock continually looses my log in data preventing me to access my account. I have had this to happen too many times and it does not come from my end as I write the data down and keep it for reference. This is a very frustrating event for me and I have to assume I am not the only subscriber this happens too. I wish life lock would generate a program to prevent this from happening.
