I applied for a car loan, and Life Lock did not notify me. I called and the girl said maybe the dealer wasn't signed up with Life Lock!! What??? I thought if anyone account was opened or applied for, I would be notified! Seriously considering cancelling. Credit Sesame (Free) notified me!

When I joined Lifelock I spent almost an hour giving all of my bank and credit card info to the rep. She hung up on me when she was through. I thought maybe we were disconnected, so I called back. Got another rep. And she said she couldn't find anything on me or any new account under my name. She wanted to send me to another rep to do the whole thing over. I hung up this time. So my account has none of my banking or credit card info because I am not going to put it in manually or talk to another incompetent representative. In fact my Mother and I will probably close our accounts, since our bank does a great job monitoring our info and contacts us.

My husband, Harry Morgan, enrolled me into LifeLock under his account and upgraded our program to LifeLock Advantage in Apr. 2015. Since then, he has not received a single status update for himself, but I have received numerous. When he called to discuss the situation, the agent was abrupt and not very friendly. He was informed that "no news is good news.' We both have good credit ratings and want to protect them, but are not sure LifeLock is the way to go. I have been a member for less than one year and my husband has been a member for three years.

I've been a lifelock member for about 5 years and I thought I was protected from identity theft. Apparently I'm only protected in certain cases. Last year my identity was stolen and both my state and federal taxes were applied for by the thief. I still have not received my tax refund. So no, I'm not impressed with Lifelock.

My credit card was actually hit. The bank caught it and stopped it. It was used out of state.

I have tried to put my newspend card into my lifelock account, but it says it I dont have the right password so I've been paying for this service for 5 months and dont even have my direct deposit account covered. Not happy at all with this issue.

I've been provided with very little information regarding my coverage and services. I have no idea what level of coverage I have. My husband offer to sign up ended before he had a chance to even look at it. I know of 3-4 companies who have reviewed my credit recently and that was not reported to me by your company. Please tell me what level of service I have with your company. I would appreciate recring some of my coverage information on the mail.

One of my cards was skimmed within the past two weeks and the credit card company exposed the issue, not LifeLock. The e-mail they sent me today states "During the past month, LifeLock found no fraudulent activity associated with your personal information within our extensive network†. While they do their CYA in the fine print the network doesn't cover all transactions, they don't say just what percentage of all transactions they are covering. 10%? 50%? 80%?
