I was looking at increasing my coverage level but cannot see the value. The difference in coverage is not clear to me. What value is you having my credit card numbers if the card company tracks charges? What additional protection do you offer on the credit cards?
My Lifelock service level is "Command Center" but it is not listed above. So, what level do I have?
I receive numerous sex offender notices which do not interest me.

Difficult to review when you really have to have had identity theft issues before you determine what they have done for you. Given that, some of the services provided within the programs leave a little to be desired. For instance, I only had one thing that came up when they search court records and such but the info that was pointed out was so vague I could not determine whether or not I should be concerned and they leave you no way that I am aware of to search deeper and find out what exactly has been said or documented. They give you a case number with no other info that can help you in determining where to look and the methods that currently exist online for searching those vary state to state. Although I feel fairly proficient in searching out data online, I could not find anything relating to what they found. A little more detail would have helped. If it were something I needed to resolve, I don't know that I could take the amount of info given and even begin to start in getting it corrected.
