LIFELOCK weekly alerts me of an "auto expense" from "Auto Body World" every Friday morning at 5:30 am. I have called several times about this. in reality... it is my paycheck on auto deposit. but Life Lock can not change it because "their computer put it that way and it can not be changed"
First call, they told me it was how my bank listed it. After spending HOURS with my bank, I was informed it was set up by Life Lock. I feel they tell me "anything" to get me off of the line.

Just got your email saying congratulations your kept me safe for the month. The reality is...suspecting fraudulent activity, our credit card company contacted us to verify charges from Hong Kong and elsewhere in the last week. I called them, confirmed we did not make the two charges...and they immediately closed the account and turned it over for investigation.

We are members of LifeLock, but things still keep happening to us. My husband's visa/debit card was compromised - and we were not notified by LifeLock - only when our payment didn't go through because we were waiting for our new bank cards. As of now, LifeLock only alerts us when "we" are doing something, not when something is being done to us! Will I cancel? No. I just wish it was more sensitive at the local level - when bank cards & fraudulent chargers at local store were happening. We have had bank cards stolen 2 times in 6 months - both time I had to notify LifeLock - not the other way around.
