As a new member, (about 3 days or so) it is a little overwhelming as to alerts that I'm not familiar with the jargon as to what the alert is all about. Also, am greatly concerned and uneasy about putting my financial info online in one place - - accounts and passwords. A hacker could get a wealth of info here! QUESTION: When/if I close out my membership, are all my records immediately expunged from your data bases - - no account numbers or passwords remain??

I would not be without the security of Lifelock. However, I have had two complaints in the years of our service and both were responses of the same caliber. We do not monitor that. We had someone use our credit card. They hacked our account and complained to Lifej
Ok and they were not able to monitor that. We purchased a home recently and were never notified that someone was checking our credit or looking into our accounts. Sometimes I feel as though the most important areas that are hacked daily, Lifelock is not responsible for. It make me wonder, what would we be notified for?

I recently signed up for LifeLock and have had no problems, but it's nice to know that if something does come up that LifeLock will be there to guard against it. I have suggest to others that they should look into using LifeLock also, just to be safe !!!
