I appreciate the peace of mind provided for me through the use of LifeLock.
Some of the information sent to me by your program comes in a font size that is too small for the viewer to read with any comfort. Some other material is presented in small, somewhat faint red-colored letters which are presented on a mid-grey background. Typed words so presented to me by you are almost entirely illegible. In such cases, your subscriber is not able to read the information that you are trying to convey to him. Please stop sending messages written in red on a mid-grey background. We cannot read text so presented.
Also, please note that your use for other than text of portions of the top and bottom of each screenful of material reduces the portion of each screen display that carries useful text. You might want to consider some reformatting of the layout of your screen, for a more complete and easier to read screenful of the information you are attempting to send to your readers. Please give this some thought.
I will however compliment you on the legibility of the font used in this portion of this questionnaire.
