I really appreciate the notices when any activity associated with my name or email or phone numbers or address is sent to me. I would like more detailed information when a notice is sent that includes location of occurance and in what situation the information was being used.

Each year Life Lock needs to give its customers up dates to all the services it offers and how to use them. A Pamphlet or in spreadsheet form to copy. All the services available to the specific level of coverage each customer has. This including how to report errors to credit reports to various credit agencies. Any updates also.

On the plus side agents are helpful and know their job. There's always a wait until you can get to a person, not good when you are concerned about identity protection. On the negative side Norton uses the site to sell, sell, sell every possible service. This is a big change from when LifeLock owned it. But, if you enjoy shameless commerce, you'll have a blast.
