I have been a lifelock advantage member for three years. I recently was informed by lifelock of a fraudulent application for a credit card. The lifelock adviser was able to connect me with the credit card company and walk me through the process of cancelling the application. I was then informed of how to rectify all disputes with the three major credit agencies. Finally while I was on the line with the adviser, I was able to set up assistance with another identify theft issue. In these troubled times, lifelock gives me an my family peace of mind. very happy with your company rate scale for you 25, . on three occasions since being a member you have save me from financial ruin.the first time I had just three days after joining Life Lock ,I lost my wallet ,my cell phone and at that moment I did not have transportation to get home except trying to call people I knew by heart to have them pick me up where I was at back to my house ( thus it took 3 hours before I got home) I did not first try to call you all because I did not know your phone number by heart and to tell you the truth ,I was really hoping that I had left the items at the house . It is such a hassle to have to replace cards. When I got home and the items were not at the house liked I had hoped .I simplicly call you and the Guy with Life Lock ,started the process ,He connected me to all the Companies ,one by one I told them the situation and they in turned did what they had to (cancel cards and Debit Card) within a 20 minutes or less All Cards were canceled and they told me that even though I did not know the right number for my Debits Card (which if someone got a whole of it could of cleaned out what little money I had in my account--that happened almost to a co-worker and in fact --the crook made many more attempts to clean her account out) Life Lock said do not worry they cover up to a half million to cover such a incident . But the most weird thing is that I tried to join a Credit Checking Bureau (you know those three that give you a credit rating ) noi matter how many attempts I tried to join one of them ---online process or through phone calls ,something in the steps I followed ,I could not finalize in joining them.I at first dismiss Life Lock because I thought they might be to expensive , then when my home security company partnered with Life Lock ---I was go to go because I knew that Life Lock is the Best----I would sign up my son and grand daughter but my money is lower now that I am retired Read More Read Less
