My husband and I have Lifelock, I signed my mother up and handle all on line aspects for her as she is a luddite and will not use a computer, hardly uses her cell phone and it's a Jitterbug which is meant to be easy for the elderly. But I know that she is protected against most problems using Lifelock and they will call her if they see a problem or email me.

Dealing with identity theft can be very stressful and I have had issues with it over the past few years. Originally recommended by a friend who had some nightmares with stolen identity until LIfelock stepped in to help. I signed up as a prevention and I was glad I had lifelock when I needed it! Every time I interact with any employee they have been totally supportive, friendly, professional and most helpful getting things resolved. They are informed, well trained and able to answer questions easily. It is so nice to talk to a customer service rep that actually has a personality and is totally present to helping you. I have checked out other companies that charge less but I believe you get what you pay for. I prefer the great customer service and results. I have called the credit bureaus directly and have not had good experiences. Lifelock reps. support you in this process. I see lifelock as insurance for my identity which is just as important as health insurance. It gives me peace of mind and a neccessity in this era identity fraud.
