Talked to Devin about a possible fraudulent loan application. He called the company and let them know that the loan application was fraudulent. He also gave me information about stopping this from happening in the future. Fraudulent activity is happening everywhere and I'm so glad I have LifeLock to prevent activities such as this from happening. Seven is very personable, articulate and competent. I was updating my address at a vendor website and they asked a few questions from my credit history. LifeLock called me a couple hours later and said that they noticed some suspicious activity on the net and wanted to know if it was okay. They asked me to log in to my LifeLock account and they presented me the questions that were asked and asked me if I had recognized them.
When I replied that I had, they said they would continue monitoring at this level, and thanked me for my membership!
It's good to know that very little gets by LifeLock unnoticed.
