Fine at spotting dark web leaks, but unhelpful in providing solutions for specific leaks or sites, with no real person to ask for help.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They helped me through a situation adding info on my phone so that I wouldn't get hacked and guess what? I ended up with a $250 charge on my credit card. When I called, nobody would help me, so I had to cancel the card.

After years of throwing my money out the window by initiating LifeLock services, I finally stopped their withdrawals. Over 3 times I identified fraud but not once did LifeLock. To get a satisfactory human response is almost impossible. After, I discovered the breaches, they sent an email that the issue was resolved (and at time is was not.) Sincerely, don't waste your money. There are much more proficient and honest companies that really do help when you are in need.
