As a senior I have been STRUGGLING FOR OVER A YEAR TO GET ANSWERS TO MY QUESTIONS.One tel number on google hung up on me just about two minutes after requesting some answers. Another appeared to be a scammer. I can't afford to get no or self serving help. I was just charged $170.99 a couple of weeks ago with a huge increase, yet I still have no way to gets into my vault and ask about why my new charge is so high while I get no upgrade. So I was advised to cancel my membership before the 60 days have passed. Since was unable to do it online, I canceled my renewal through my bank. I will need my payment back. TY

I thought I was a member of and got service from Norton. I get notices from Norton and from Lifelock. I wish you people could figure out who you are. Your dual business identity is annoying and frustrating.

I have been trying to talk to someone about Robinhood causing my identity to become compromised since 12/28/2024. It is 1/2/2025. Despite calling, chatting emailing, texting, several times, each day since. I have not been able to speak to a human at Life Lock. Strongly suggest using something else for your identify protection.

Representative was onlt concerned about getting me signed up. I repeated personal information several times, connected me to a supervisor who asked the same questions, then said they couldn't verify my info. Already dealing with scammers and hackers this was very frustrating. I revealed my personal information to the phone scammers through Lifeliock who couldn't help me.
