You send me alert and I go on your site and it's as clear as mud as to what to do! So I click on "yes" and come to find out that clears the message!!!!!! So I don't know what the threat was!!!! Useless!!!!! I am NOT going to renew Norton or Lifelock!!!!!!

Trying to update my new credit card's cancellation date.

I'm not having much luck trying to resolve my credit card information so I can pay for my LifeLock membership! It's very annoying! What's wrong with you people? You have all my information and I couldn't even get a security cord to resolve my new credit card payment to you!

Horrendous experience

I received an email that my identity may be compromised due to irregular activity. I accidentally clicked "Yes I recognize this" instead of "No, Review Details" and it updated the status of this notification to "dismissed". There is no way on my end to change this status and find out next steps to deal with this irregular activity. Not to mention no way to contact a human at this hour. Also, I initially thought the email was phishing because the listed activity was under tomorrow's date, and Norton's copyright in the signature is from 2023. So tbh I'm still not sure if I'm being scammed. Would appreciate if a representative reached out to me for help. And lastly, their functionality to email a 1 time code to get into my account is broken...

I'm not happy with this alert that keeps coming back every couple days. I opened back up my JCPenney credit card and have gone out and indicated that yes this was me on your website. It goes away and every couple days I'll get the phone call and the email saying hey is this you or is this a fictitious account opening. Why doesn't this go away? This is very frustrating.
