I was having difficulty with my password getting into LifeLock. I called and spoke to a representative who was extremely helpful and very patient, as I am not too computer literate. I was having trouble using my password. The representative was very patient with me and slowly talked me through getting a new password. There is a number to call for Password Assist in case anyone else has a problem. The next day, I had to call again and spoke to another representative and he was equally knowledgeable and saw where I was making a mistake, helped me to re-set it and I'm good to go now. Both gentlemen were very nice, patient, knowledgeable and told me that if I had any more problems, not to hesitate to call them again. They are here for me. Now, how many companies will do that for you? I am so glad I chose LifeLock Advantage to protect my computer.
