LifeLock let me know that my email address and password had shown up on the black market. They advised me to immediately change my password and every other password that was even similar to that one. We did so and nothing came of it.
They have also given me advice to know the difference between a legitimate email and a phishing trip.
The LifeLock staff that I have spoken to are pleasant, respectful and easy to understand.

Since I joined life lock in feel more secure with my personal information being monitored. Awhile back about 15 yrs, my social security number was being used by someone illegal. Before cyber theft was even considered, I had to write letters and make phones calls and show proof that it was being used by someone else. Now I'm keeping it my information secure.
